Zaamordiamonds.com is India's leading online destination for diamond jewellery and solitaires that showcases excellent craftsmanship with strikingly exquisite designs. Challenge

When you google search 'diamond engagement ring' you will see 14mil results, with many high street jewellers dominating the front pages of google search. Our challenge was to simply boost Diamond Heaven's online presence through a multi-channel and multi-faceted approach. This included increasing SEO rankings to drive traffic and increase revenue through analysing and implementing technical SEO fixes to ensure the user journey was smooth; lead nurturing through the use of targeted whitepapers and email marketing and finally regularly updating the blog.

How did we solve the issue ?

The results we've achieved for Zaamordiamonds can not only be seen online, but through footfall in their stores. In addition to this long tail terms dominate the first page of Google, with Diamond Heaven appearing for more than 2,500 keywords, including a page one ranking for 'Engagement Rings'. This has led to an overall increase in Organic Traffic year on year up to 56% and a strong increase in Engagement Ring consultations, for high end bespoke designs.

Running Google Adwords Campaign for Zaamor Diamonds since June 2016
When we took over their Adwords Account, they were spending RM 40,000 (AUD 14000) and were generating RM 17,000 (AUD 6000) of revenues in e-commerce sales.
We started optimizing their Adwords Campaigns by consciously taking decisions like avg. CPC not exceeding RM0.60 (AUD 0.2) which resulted in increasing the site traffic by 5 times for the spend.
This helped us initially to spend only RM 17,000 (AUD 6000) budget, cutting their Adwords cost by more than half but at the same time, getting twice the traffic than before.
We are bringing on an average RM 40,000 (AUD 14000) revenues every month since then for RM 17,000 (AUD 6000) to RM 20,000 (AUD 7000) monthly budget.
We were able to change their conversion ratios from 30% to over 220% right from the second month of undertaking this project.
